CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Cancellations made the day before your appointment will result in a 20% fee of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
When booking a color service, a deposit will be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
